Today we inaugurated the modernised Intensive Care Unit in the Department of General Surgery
As part of the overall modernization of the surgical ICU, new ramps over the beds were installed, the nurses' station with day room, cleaning room, new data wiring and more were renovated.
Patients now also have new social facilities. And upgrades continue in other departments as well. Already in mid-May, we put the new angioline machine in the radiology department into operation, and from tomorrow this department will be equipped with a new scanning tilt table. By the end of June we should conclude a contract with the designer for the expansion and modernisation of the Cardiac Centre. At the end of July, we will start upgrading the filter for staff in the neurosurgery operating theatres, including social facilities, and we are planning to implement a seminar room in 7. NP.
